Melissa Cooper, FNP-C

While working in Primary Care as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for the past 17 years, I really enjoy getting to know my patients. My goal is to spend quality time with each patient helping to set goals for wellness and disease prevention.

Melissa is originally from Mississippi and received her Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Mississippi. She worked as a travel nurse for several years before returning home to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women in 2005.

Melissa has been practicing as a family nurse practitioner with a background in Primary Care for the past 17 years Colorado became my permanent home in 2016 because of the great beauty and opportunities here. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, reading, and cooking.
